Gator Pumps Acquired by District

Fort Bend County LID 7 recently acquired 5 new mobile pumping stations manufactured by Gator Pumps.  These devices can be deployed in emergency situations to supplement existing pumping facilities.  According to the manufacturer's website, "GATOR Pumps are widely used by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers to control floodwater along levees, rivers and waterways throughout the United States"

Gator Pump Applications include:

• Emergency pumping stations
• Flood control pumps
• Self-contained emergency response pumping at remote sites
